As I write this the sun is still shining, which is lovely!

We have had a great week with so much excitement.  We have read a little more of our Erik the Viking Saga.  I think we are all really enjoying this (Miss Watkins included).

We have written instructions and added and subtracted capacity in Maths.  You are all really working hard.

We also then had lots of fun learning how to draw Toto the Ninja cat and even had a visit (online) from Dermot O'Leary the author.  It was great to hear him read a little of his new story, and I can't wait to read it myself!

We are conducting an investigation in to plants in our Science topic, we have learn how to cut using the bridge and claw method and we have learnt about Viking Longboats.

What a busy week.

Here are some photos of our adventures.

Well we have hand another fabulous week, that has included football, outdoor learning, rugby and becoming play writes.

You astounded me with your play scripts this week.  I could tell how much you enjoyed writing them.  There were some wonderful uses of brackets for stage directions and I don't think that you have ever written so much.  That goes to all of you!

We had a great time in the woods on Monday and measuring our playground too, which linked beautifully with our Maths of measurement this week.

They were kept very busy as you can see!

We also had a wonderful day on Thursday.  We went Pink for Eden.  You were all so very generous and thoughtful and as a school we raised an astounding 559 pounds (my computer will not let me put a pound sign on!!).  As you can see we all jumped in with two pink feet!  Thank you to everyone.

Have a wonderful weekend.  Don't forget to check out the homework on Teams.

Welcome back everyone.  We have all had a wonderful week, with lots of great learning happening.

We have begun our new topic all about plants in Science and have begun to learn all about the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings in History.  We created some fabulous Viking names including Ulfr (wolf) Stigr (wanderer) and Cate the Incredible!

In PE we had fun completing different challenges and recording our groups results on a table.  We had used a timer and tape measure.  Well done everyone.

In Maths we have been carrying on our work on Time.  We have looked at digital clocks and matched the times.

Have a wonderful weekend, check out your homework on teams and keep safe.

We will see you on Monday.

Well done this week Class 3.

We have had an amazing week.

We had some wonderful team work this week to help us create amazing poetry about animals.  We all helped to create a bank of wonderful words and phrases.  You really impressed us with the way you decided on your animal and worked as a team to add to your words.  We have written some wonderful poetry this week.
