Making food for the birds in winter.
We did lots of activities for children in need today starting off in the big hall with Jo Wicks excercises.
We also read the little Pudsey's stories.
Dont forget to go on 'Maths Seed's we are looking at numbers up to 20 next week counting, recognising and writing them and then applying then in number challenges.

13th November 2019
Today, we have been very busy continuing to learn all about vets. Children cut out different 2D shapes to make dogs and cats and learnt the art of Origami, creating unique dog faces. With our artist Mr Walshaw, who comes in to work with the children every Wednesday, they created beautiful poppies out of tissue paper. Look out for these on our windows.

A polite reminder that we are encouraging independence in a morning.
The children will recieve a treasure for coming in on their own, putting thier own bag and water bottle in the right place.
If your could support this we will be very grateful.
Also due to the large number of birthdays in November and December I will politly ask that children don't bring in sweets for the class.
We have allergies in the class and I care very much about reducing children's sugar intake and promoting dental care.
Miss Kelly supports this.
Thank-you for your continued support.

We did an experiment today testing different materials to see if they are waterproof or not. We then looked at our coats to see if they were waterproof or not.
