25.6.21 Updates

The last two weeks have been really busy in Class 5. The class have impressed me so much with their English work on the poem 'The Highwayman'. They have produced two really great pieces of writing and we did some freeze frames in drama - as you can see below.
Also, the children's history work has continued to be awesome. The class have really enjoyed learning about British/English monarchs from the last 1000 years. I would love to cover more of the monarchs, but I only have time to do so much, so if your child wants to learn more about a specific monarch from the last 1000 years, please encourage them to bring their work in to show us!
Finally, I have a couple of photographs from gardening club, which some of the children attend. Georgie and Lily have been working hard clearing the brambles in the woods. Frazer has worked so hard, he's had to have a lie down!
