5.11.21 Week in Review

Hi all,
It's been a busy week back with lots to do!
We have had a grammar week in English and we have been brushing up on our knowledge of key terms such as: nouns, verbs, adjectives, conjunctions and contractions.
In maths, we have worked brilliantly on doubling and halving whilst working on counting up in multiples of 2, 5 and 10 too!

Children in Need-
As you may have seen in the newsletter, we will be running a range of fun activities for the children during the week of the 15th November for Children in Need. Forest School:
This week we read Room on the Broom. We enjoyed joining in with the story as the witch flew through wind and rain like we have had! We made brooms with sticks and twigs, carved wands using peelers and made some fantastic potions in our mud kitchen.
