Morning all,

I hope you have been enjoying the lovely weather we are having!

Here is today's list of suggested activities:

- GoNoodle -

- Phonics -

‘ea’ sound!

Use the link above to view the Set 3 video published at 9.30 each day. Join in with the phonics learning and then at the end see how many words you can write down containing the ‘ea’ sound!

- English -

Have a listen to the story of Beegu by clicking here!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3J__jv6b4w

Ask children to draw an outline of Beegu and colour it in. After, write everything they know about her around the outside.

Ask them to write inside of Beegu how they think she is feeling during the time she is on Earth in the story.

- Break -

- Maths -

Recognising coins and notes.

Go through the different coins and the values again. Introduce notes. Talk about the equivalence between a £5 note and 5 pound coins and 2 £5 notes being the same as a £10 note.

- Lunch -

- Outdoor time! -

If you are lucky enough to have a garden, please spend some time outside today. I've heard the weather is supposed to be gorgeous so make sure to put some suncream on. Why not help your parents out with wedding or planting and maybe even a bit of watering! Can you name some of the plants you see growing in your garden, you could even draw a picture of your favourite one. If you don't have a garden, could you make your way to a local park and see what you recognise there?

Cheers all,

Mr. H.
