Morning all,

I hope you have all had lovely weekends!

Here is today’s list of suggested activities:

‘ow’ sound!

Use the link above to view the Set 3 video published at 9.30 each day. Join in with the phonics learning and then at the end see how many words you can write down containing the ‘ow’ sound!


- Maths -

I can count to 100.

3 minutes challenge -  You have 3 minutes to write as many numbers as you can, starting at zero and counting up.

Use toys or pasta or anything smaller to see if you can count up to 100 with apparatus!

Warm up

Look at LAND NARWHALS page: Can you make a list or draw of all the things the unicorns are doing?

Writing activity:

Look at the page where kelp arrives at the shore.

Write a sentence about what Kelp might be thinking and feeling when he reaches the shore.

We know that plants need water don't we?

Well, how do you know if they are drinking?

See if you can pick some daisies with their stems on and put them into some water containing food colouring and observe what happens.
