Do you remember those sunny days around the running track? We are a little colder now so have to run faster to keep warm. We are really enjoying the different ways we have used the track over that last couple of weeks.
In class, we have been writing a story for the 500 words competition. What imaginations the children have, from teachers trying to keep a quiet classroom, all the way to monsters visiting schools. Wonderful!
In maths, we have used the laptops to make 2D shapes on geoboards, which was lots of fun. We have looked at 3D shapes and some of their properties. You are great at the technical vocabulary.
In Science, we have looked at food labels. See if you can spot any food labels at home. We also tested soils to see how they felt, looked and how water travelled through them.
Well, it is a soggy day here, so keep safe everyone and don't get too wet.
