Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope you are excited about tomorrow - I know I am! We've still got today to do though first! I thought it would be nice to go a little of timetable today - we would normally do so in the last week of term and we would have had a den building day. So I figured it would be great to have a den building day at home.
Now 'den building' could mean all sorts of things and I want you to really use your imagination. Here are some suggestions and pictures to help you on your way. You might want to choose one to complete or a few of them. Whatever you decide, this activity is all about problem solving and having fun. Don't forget to take pictures of your den, no matter how you decide to make it!
Build a den indoors
You could use sheets, blankets and the kitchen table - make sure you ask your adult first and don't forget to tidy it away later on!
Build a den from Lego or other construction toys
Build a den for a fairy
Build an outdoor den from natural materials
Build an outdoor den from other materials
You might want to name your den or design a flag to go on the top. You might even have your lunch or some hot chocolate and biscuits inside your den!
