What a hoot we have had!

What have had a real hoot this week in class!
During our English lessons, we have been looking at the book Owl Babies by Martin Waddell. We have described the setting for the story, wrote a letter from Mummy Owl explaining where she had gone and over the past two days, we have written our own story which has been inspired by the book. Look how amazing these are!
In geography this week, we have been looking at bodies of water. We learnt the difference between a pond, lake, sea and ocean before finding different rivers in the UK. We then compared our biggest river in this country, the River Thames, with one of the biggest rivers in the world, the River Amazon!
