Week ending 17th June, 2022

Posted: Jun 17, 2022 by: Zoe Watkins (ZWatkins) on: Class 3

Another amazing week from Class 3!

I have loved seeing all of the class being amazing again in our orienteering session.  The children really enjoyed using the dabber (I'm not sure if that is what thy are called!) to clock their timings.  They pushed each other, supported each other and had so much fun.  You make me proud!

I also loved listening to you play our recorders!  Wow!  You have great control over the sound that you are making.  You begin and end at the correct time.  I can't wait to hear the first full piece of music that we will play.  I wonder if that will be next week?

Your confidence is Maths and English is growing by the week and you push yourselves to be the best you can be.  Keep it up.

Mr Kershaw says thank you for letting him come and visit and join in our investigations on shadows yesterday.  You were very clever completing some Class 4 and Class 6 maths to help with the investigation!  We had a lot of fun and found that shadows were bigger than the shape that creates the shadow.
