Buongiorno tutti,
Come state?
As you can see, I'm still doing Duolingo - Day 290 - and I hope as many of you as possible are having a go. As I mentioned before, I also go on Memrise every day. Now, my son Paddy has introduced me to another app - Buusu - which I LOVE! I would encourage you to try it - pick a language, any language and do a little every day. It is a really fun way to pick up another language ready for high school.
Reading: Keep doing the 30 minutes a day.
Exercise: Now the weather has got warmer again, there's no excuse.
Brilliant writing from Georgie - it's really weird not seeing writing at the moment; I'd quite forgotten how good you all are in year six.
Here's Rogan, getting his daily exercise; good lad!
Maths: Converting metric measurements - https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zt883j6
English: Writing limericks - I LOVE these - please send me your best efforts. https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zpb3trd
Science: The circulatory system, revision of what you have learnt - https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/zq6x8hv
I saw two men fighting over a crossword clue (2 down, 'altercation', 8 letters).
I told them, violence is NOT the answer!
Have a good one!
Mr C
